The Merlin

It was a great pleasure to work on this jewel, which is as beautiful to look at as it is to listen to.

The design is remarkable, with 61 4' Bourdon pipes in a 160 mm high belt, and the surface area of a pianoforte. What's more, the wind tunnel, windchest and mechanic are all contained within this volume.
We would like to thank Francis Duvernet for his kindly collaboration and the fine restoration of this magnificent Merlin piano.
