Keyboard C to c''', short octave, fixed mesotonic tuning, 3 double feints per octave (d#-eb, g#-ab, a#-b).

Boxwood veneer, almond wood fretwork, carved pediments.

The walnut sideboard is embellished with mouldings and carvings.

The blower is a pump that can be operated by hand or foot.

The instrument belongs to Jean-Paul Boury.
